Below are just a few friendly rules & reminders to help all people
at Dance Center Stage have a fun, stress free experience.
Regular attendance is encouraged. It is highly important each child comes to class each week. Students
who continually miss class will not be eligible to participate in upcoming events/performances. Please be aware, after a student
has missed four (4) consecutive classes (in a row); the child has been withdrawn from the class. No refunds or discounted
fees if child misses class or is not available to participate for the whole month.
If you wish to be withdrawn from your class or classes, please let the studio owner or office manager know. Please be aware
that if you withdraw, no refunds will be given.
Payments for all classes
are due on the 1st of the month. There will be a 10 day grace period: thereafter there will be a $15.00 late fee applied to
outstanding accounts. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks. Tuition is the same every month regardless of the number
of weeks in the month. Tuition is calculated on a dance year basis (September - June) and is broken down into 9 easy
payments. Approximate number of classes a year is 36.
Dress Code Policy
Street clothes are not allowed for any classes. Students who cannot follow
the dress code may be asked to sit out of class. Please see the information page titled “Dress Code” to find
out what your child should wear for dance class.
Dance Class Etiquette
Students must show respect for dance instructors and other students at all times. Bullying, vulgar language, outrageous
of any kind are not permitted and will not be tolerated. We want to maintain a fun and comfortable environment where all our
students can enjoy learning the art of dance.
